here we go again

Sorry I was going to send out an email with a link last time but I never got around to it!!

So a lot has changed from the last time I wrote. Ethan is now crawling everywhere. he also likes to pull himself up on anything he can grab. he has 2 teeth and more on the way and is now around 23 lbs, but he feels way heavier.

This last weekend was Stevens brother Terry's wedding. Jen looked so beautiful and it was such a nice wedding!! We all had lots of fun and Jen had better watch her pots, as she has 3 sister in laws that had their eyes on them :). Ethan has lots of fun playing with Jens friend Kayla's puppies, he would yell ah ah ah when the puppies would walk away from him until he was by them again!! He sure loves dogs! Now we only have a month and then we are back doing weddings again. it seems last year was the year of the babies and this is the year of the weddings :)

it rained all last week so it is nice now that the sun is out again. the rivers are already so high so it will be interesting to see if we have floods again this year. this summer we are really trying to get the yard looking good. i have 1 more flower bed to make, and we are putting in a veggie garden this year so that should be fun! We took out the parking spot in the back last summer and tried to level out the yard with dirt from the farm. so this year we are trying to get the grass to grow and hopefully we can get ride of all the weeds.

I head back to work in a few more months so I'm really trying to enjoy my time with Ethan while I have it. He is sure getting so big it is crazy how time flies.

I figured I would join the band wagon and start blogging. I hope to be able to keep everyone updated on our little family’s adventures.
To start last September little Ethan James join our family, he is such a happy little monkey. We sure love him. This last week he has been really trying to crawl but our floors are too slippery for him so its been hard. Then yesterday his first tooth finely cut through!! Yeay I can’t wait for this to be done so I don’t have to deal with drool anymore. It’s so fun seeing him grow up; Steven and I were talking the other day about what we think he is going to be when he “grows up”. It’s hard to imagine him an adult with a job, wife, family and all the other things that come with life, but I can’t wait to see who he turns out to be. But I am really enjoying him being my “little” baby.
